9. Order-Related Terms
9.1 Auto-Orders (Where Applicable)
If UrbanPets offers an auto-order or subscription service, such service will be governed by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any specific terms displayed at the time of sign-up.
Auto-orders will continue until cancelled by you. By enabling an auto-order, you authorise UrbanPets to charge your selected payment method at the chosen frequency.
UrbanPets reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions or discounts at its discretion.
9.2 Unpaid Orders
Orders must be paid within 10 days of placement. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
Any promotional discounts applied to cancelled orders will be forfeited.
UrbanPets reserves the right to cancel orders earlier where promotions have fixed expiry dates.
